 As first time home buyers, we had so much to learn about the real estate market and how to begin the process of buying a home. Paul was able to answer all of the questions we had and always got back to us in a timely manner. 

When we first met with Paul, we had an idea of what we thought we wanted and by arranging a wide variety of viewings, he was able to help us narrow our search and focus on looking for what we really wanted, all while staying within our budget. Paul’s ability to see the potential in a home is incredible and he’s also able to tell prospective homeowners issues that may arise with any particular house, allowing them to make an informed decision. 

When we began working together, Paul suggested that we schedule one night per week to view several homes, which was fantastic for our busy schedules, but he was also able to quickly organize and accommodate viewings at the last minute, which is key in a hot housing market. 

Paul walked us through each step of the home buying process, which ultimately lead to us becoming homeowners in a very competitive market within 8 short weeks - start to finish! We are so appreciative of the all the hard work that Paul put into our first real estate transaction and we highly recommend his service! We retained the services of Paul Knox to support us in realizing two real estate transactions: (1) the purchase of a  25-acre property on PEI (listed by another real estate company), and (2) the selling of a 3-acre parcel of land which we owned.  In both transactions, Paul conducted himself in a professional and efficient manner.  He works hard to meet the needs of his clients, and demonstrates the highest levels of integrity.

Within the last six months (May 2013) I worked with Paul on two real estate transactions. The first was on the purchase of my new (well, slightly used) home. He handled the deal from both the sellers perspective and from mine. Given Paul was the listing agent I considered getting my own agent to ensure my interests were represented. I chose not to, feeling I could trust Paul. At the end of the day the transaction was completed and I can say with certainty that Paul represented the interests of both sides with complete integrity.

As a result I listed the sale of my existing home with Paul. As with the purchase, Paul worked hard to find a buyer and while other houses in the neighborhood are still for sale, our house sold. In this case also Paul was both the listing agent and represented the purchasers. Once again I believe the interests of both parties were well served. The sale of my house was relatively straight-forward but this transaction involved a lot of back and forth negotiations with attention to details that I never would've thought of. This made me realize that I would never try to sell my house on my own!
